Big Bear Discovery Center is a regional visitor center and nature center, located in the Big Bear Valley of the San Bernardino Mountains, and within the San Bernardino National Forest, in San Bernardino County, southern California. It is in the Mountaintop Ranger District Office complex of the National Forest.

Baldwin lake Stables guarantees a good ride with their local guides and gentle horses. Open year round and offering the varied terrains available in the East Valley, these riding tours offer spectacular views. Baldwin Lake Stables can gear the tour to any level of riding experience. The Remote Location Ride is for the adventure seeker and begins deep in the wilderness (horses brought in by trailer) and takes you to the highest elevations with spectacular views. Pony rides and a petting zoo are available for children too young to ride independently. Reservations are suggested for the 1 and 2 hour rides and are required for the longer or remote tours.
